Sunday mornings.

I love Sunday mornings. I love them so much that I don't mind that I am at work during them. There is something about Sundays they seem to just move slower. It feels like everyone is just calm and peaceful. I think it is because we all grew up with this thought that Sunday is time for family, big meals, and getting ready for the next week. I find that I am very optimistic and by Friday I hate life. Anyway I am very grateful for Sundays and the feeling they give me.

Can everything be explained by logic and science?

  1. Not everything can be explained with science ... but then, I'd hesitate to then say that these things can be accurately explained. Part of coming to a personal peace, I think, has to do with dealing with the fact that we can't take personal control over every aspect of our universe. Maybe that fact is easier to realize on a Sunday morning.

  2. I think I'm with Kerz, maybe. If there is a thing that can be explained, it can be explained through science.

But then I wonder if anything is truly unexplainable. There are things that we might consider unexplainable, but I tend to think that given enough time and logic and scientific inquiry, those things could eventually be explained.

Scientific inquiry has explained the unexplainable before and I'm sure it will again.

A few questions back to you Tony:
-Are there things that can be explained *without* using logic and science?
-Do you think there are eternally unexplainable things?
-If something is labeled as unexplainable, then doesn't that labeling explain something about it?
